1 General Introduction

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement that applies to the use of the bdjll platform and all its associated services. 3 Account Security

If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account, you must notify our support team immediately. The user is responsible for any loss resulting from a delay in reporting.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

• Standard withdrawal processing time: 30 minutes to 3 hours.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

• The welcome bonus may be claimed only once per account.

6 Gaming Policy

If prohibited activities are proven, all balances in the relevant account may be forfeited and legal action will be taken if necessary.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

bdjll may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspicion of fraud or illegal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification.
• Evidence of operating multiple accounts.
• Bonus abuse or fraudulent bonus claims.
• The account remaining inactive for an extended period.

To voluntarily close your account, contact our support team. The opportunity to withdraw eligible funds will be given before account closure, except in cases of illegal activity.
